He wronged you, he damaged your car, and then blew you off and basically challenged you. He intimidated you by saying that it was his word against yours, and that he has been to 100 cases, blah blah blah. Take him to small claims court, not only is it worth the money that you'll get from the bastard, but often times a judge will have him pay extra charges. Never back down from anything because someone says that you'll lose because 99 out of 100 have. What is wrong with you? Of course go to court. It's free, just takes some time.
